THURSDAY SPECIAL CLASS

Don't forget this thursday is Moray's first self defence session. He's teaching not in his capacity as brown belt in Kyokushin but as regular instructor to the Police Diplomatic Protection Squad so his approach will be to give us a 'go to whoa' course in protecting ourselves which you can expect to be a lot different from what we do in class.

If you only make two classes in the next month you should make this and next Thursday!
